I would like to thank you for letting us rent Chez Michelle. We enjoyed our time there very much - the standard of the accommodation, the facilities and its excellent location made for a superb skiing holiday. We particularly appreciated the log fire which was so welcoming in the evenings, and the convenience of the ski bus. However the real 'first' for all of us was being able to leave our skis and boots in the heated lockers at Samoens 1600! We did discuss amongst ourselves that we would be more than happy to go back to Samoens in 2011 and that Chez Michelle would be our choice!

We had a really fantastic week. The weather and the snow were about as good as it gets and we loved the apartment. You are obviously really passionate about both Chez Michelle and Samoens and that is clear in the way you have furnished and equipped the apartment. It is way better equipped than any other rental we have made and it meant that staying there was a real pleasure.

The chalet was excellent and we had a great time in and around the valley - there's so much to do within a 50km radius. It was great to have so many guides and maps available; a nice touch! We'll certainly recommend it to other team members and friends.

Just a short note to say we had a great holiday. The chalet was ideal for us and was a very welcome warm retreat in the evenings. My wife and I learned to ski and the kids loved the variety of slopes.

Just a note to say what a lovely time we've just spent at Chez Michelle. Easy journey from Geneva airport by car to a beautiful location and well equipped apartment. Comfortable and clean with great views over the valley and a great balcony to watch the sun go down from. We enjoyed many of the wonderful restaurants in Samoens which are an easy walk away – loved La Tornalta, Le Bois de Lune and Le Serac for their pizzas! Supermarkets and local shops catered for all our other culinary needs. The Tiffanie bakers near the ski lift (a second is in the village) is easy to get to by car and is convenient to park outside for those early morning croissants. We had a great time walking, cycling, paragliding, canoeing and hydrospeeding during our visit. We visited Mont Blanc and took a boat out on Lake Annecy and with such a lovely apartment as our base and so many other great destinations close by we can't wait to go back.

Just wanted to contact you and say thank you for the use of your chalet and the hospitality that we received. The apartment was very warm and welcoming after a hard day on the snow and Samoens is a beautiful setting in contrast to Flaine. Needless to say we enjoyed the holiday and have sworn to return one day. Many thanks again.
