The apartment was very warm and welcoming after a hard day on the snow and Samoens is a beautiful setting in contrast to Flaine. Just a note to say what a lovely time we've just spent at Chez Michelle. Easy journey from Geneva airport by car to a beautiful location and well equipped apartment. Comfortable and clean with great views over the valley and a great balcony to watch the sun go down from. We enjoyed many of the wonderful restaurants in Samoens which are an easy walk away – loved La Tornalta, Le Bois de Lune and Le Serac for their pizzas! Supermarkets and local shops catered for all our other culinary needs. The Tiffanie bakers near the ski lift (a second is in the village) is easy to get to by car and is convenient to park outside for those early morning croissants. We had a great time walking, cycling, paragliding, canoeing and hydrospeeding during our visit. We visited Mont Blanc and took a boat out on Lake Annecy and with such a lovely apartment as our base and so many other great destinations close by we can't wait to go back.

I just wanted to say we had a fantastic honeymoon at Chez Michelle over the last two weeks. I will certainly be recommending it to others and, with the ski bus stop right out front we may be back for a ski holiday.

Just a short note to say we had a great holiday. The chalet was ideal for us and was a very welcome warm retreat in the evenings. My wife and I learned to ski and the kids loved the variety of slopes.

The chalet was excellent and we had a great time in and around the valley - there's so much to do within a 50km radius. It was great to have so many guides and maps available; a nice touch! We'll certainly recommend it to other team members and friends.
