Chez Michelle is a spacious, fully equipped 3 bedroom self-catering apartment in Samoens that sleeps 6 to 8 people.

Located in the heart of the Haute-Savoie region of the French Alps with breathtaking views of the Giffre valley and Grand Massif mountain range, the apartment is only an hour's drive from Geneva airport and within easy reach of some of the most extensive skiing, snowboarding, walking and mountain biking trails in Europe.

Samoens itself is a traditional French village totally unspoiled by tourist developments. It has a magic all of its own, with a beautiful medieval church and square and excellent restaurants, cafés and bars.

The free ski bus that stops just outside the Chez Michelle apartment takes you to the Grand Massif Express lift only 900m (8 minutes) away.

From here, you have high speed access to Samoens 1600, gateway to the 265 kilometres of pistes of the Grand Massif ski area that also includes Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon and Sixt Fer a Cheval.

Just wanted to contact you and say thank you for the use of your chalet and the hospitality that we received. The apartment was very warm and welcoming after a hard day on the snow and Samoens is a beautiful setting in contrast to Flaine. Needless to say we enjoyed the holiday and have sworn to return one day. Many thanks again.

Chez Michelle is also perfectly located for a fun-filled family summer holiday in the Alps.

Samoens and the surrounding area is a relaxing summer holiday haven for all the family with activities such as walking, horse riding, fishing, tennis, ice skating and archery all on your door step.

There are also adventure parks and an open air swimming pool for the children and many excellent golf courses nearby.

For the more adventurous, there is no shortage of adrenaline sports including mountain biking, white water rafting, canoeing, paragliding, rock climbing, via ferrata, potholing, BASE jumping and canyoning.
